This training was put on by the NC AWWA/ WEA. The purpose of the training was to discuss more advanced issues surrounding rate and fee setting affecting water and wastewater utilities in North Carolina, through a hands-on application. Attendees worked through an actual case study, step-by-step, with the instructors. The training drew participants from local government staff in both the finance and utility departments.
