Hamblen County, Tennessee


The City of Morristown and Hamblen County needed to evaluate their existing stormwater management standards and educate their planning commissioners to meet new state Phase II stormwater management requirements. SERWQAN helped the county consider ordinance changes and best practices to promote low impact approaches to stormwater management and the establishment of a water quality monitoring system.
