Managing and Funding Local Government
Stormwater Enterprises

2005 Course Highlights

More and more local governments in North Carolina are looking at stormwater utilities as a tool for meeting their stormwater program responsibilities. The UNC EFC and School of Government held the workshop: Managing and Funding Local Government Stormwater Utilities in June 2005. The goal of the two-day event was to provide local government managers, finance directors, planners, and public works officials with an in-depth introduction to planning and funding stormwater utilities. This event was a part of our Water Leadership Program.
