SESWA
This seminar was presented by the Southeast Stormwater Association (SESWA), of which the EFC is a sponsor. SESWA was created in response to the ever-increasing demand for information on stormwater management and finance. SESWA’s boundaries are co-terminus with those of EPA Region IV. With a primary focus on services to stormwater professionals in city and county governments, membership is also available to those in state and regional governments, the private sector, non-profit organizations and academia. This seminar focused on stormwater utilities and NPDES permitting, two of the critical issues facing local governments in the southeast.
