EFC Hosted Listservs

A listserv is a topical electronic forum where list subscribers may post announcements, participate in discussions and pose and answer questions. A listserver automatically distributes an e-mail message from one member of a list to all other members on that list.

The following listservs are supported and hosted by the EFC. Subscription is free, and you may join as many listservs as you wish. These listservs are maintained through the School of Government at the University of North Carolina. Click here to view a complete list of listservs maintained by the SOG.

NC Water Listserv [ncwater] - for drinking water and wastewater utilities management and operations (general managers, finance directors, customer service, operations, purchasing, etc.), technical assistance providers and funding agencies.
Stormwater Listserv [stormwater] - for stormwater utility management staff, other local government staff with significant stormwater management responsibility (finance directors, planners, city/county managers), technical assistance providers and funding agencies.
Water Operators Listserv [ncwateroperators] - for individuals and organizations involved with operating drinking water and wastewater facilities in North Carolina.
Sustainable Government Practices Listserv [greengov] - for individuals and organizations involved with implementing local government sustainability practices in North Carolina.
City and County Managers Listserv [ccmanagers] - for North Carolina municipal and county management staff, other local government staff with significant management responsibility (finance directors, planners, city/county managers), technical assistance providers and funding agencies.
NC Finance Listserv [ncfinance] - for local government finance officers and directors in North Carolina, and others with significant responsibility for governmental finance, financial management, and financial administration in North Carolina.
Federal Stimulus for NC Local Governments Listserv [fedstimulusnclg] - for local government officials, technical assistance providers and funding agencies in North Carolina who are involved in some way with the federal A.R.R.A. funds.
